CNC Machining: What Fields are CNC Machining Stamping Parts Mainly Used in?

What is hardware? What are CNC machining stampings? What are the fields where CNC machining stamping parts are widely used?

Hardware: steel or some non-ferrous metal CNC machining parts, CNC machining process: cold/hot stamping, extrusion, rolling, welding, cutting, etc. It also includes other processes, and the definition is relatively wide.

What is metal CNC machining stamping?

Metal CNC machining stamping is a CNC machining manufacturing process that converts metal sheets into different shapes with the help of molds and stamping machines. It involves multiple processes to bring the metal into the desired shape.

Metal CNC machined stamping is a low-cost, fast manufacturing process that can produce large quantities of identical metal CNC machined parts. Metal transformations are carried out through various procedures.

Metal stamping, also known as stamping, involves placing flat sheets of metal known as blankets in a metal stamping machine. Stamping presses use die surfaces and tools to transform the metal into the desired shape. Metal is formed using several techniques such as punching, blanking, embossing, shaping, bending and flanging.

The metal is placed between the die segments for stamping and pressing. Using pressure, the sheet metal will take the shape of the mold and be transformed into the final CNC machined part. Metal stamping machines use engineering techniques while also designing tools and procedures. These machines can stamp, cast, punch, cut and convert sheet metal.

The conversion of sheet metal is precise, precise and repeatable. In the Malaysian metal stamping process, multiple parts of an object are created together.

Metal stamping has the following types of operations:

Deep drawing progressive stamping

Deep drawing progressive stamping involves placing a sheet of metal in a die and punching it out to form a new shape. This method is called deep drawing because the depth of the drawn element exceeds its diameter.

This stamping operation facilitates CNC machining of CNC machined parts in multiple diameter series. In addition, this method is cost-effective for CNC machining parts that need to use more raw materials. It helps in machining manufactured products such as auto parts, utensils, aircraft parts and cookware.

Application fields of metal CNC machining stamping parts

(1) Stamping in the automotive industry. Mainly draw. In my country, this part is mainly concentrated in large factories such as automobile factories, tractor factories, and aircraft factories.

(2) Stamping of CNC machining parts in automobile and other industries. Mainly punching and shearing. Many companies in this sector are classified as standard parts factories, and there are also some independent stamping factories. At present, there are many such small factories near some automobile factories or tractor factories.

(3) Electric device stamping processing factory. This type of factory is a new industry, developed with the development of electrical appliances, and the factories in this sector are mainly concentrated in the south.

(4) Stamping and processing factories for daily necessities. Making some handicrafts, tableware, etc., these factories have also developed greatly in recent years.

(5) Home appliance parts stamping factory. These factories only appeared after the development of household appliances in my country, and most of them are distributed in household appliance enterprises.
