The operation technology of CNC machining is deepened and embodied in practice. If you really encounter a problem, think about how to solve it, and then exercise yourself in actual operation. Very simple questions have to be done once to understand the real meaning.
Tools/Materials
How to improve the concentricity of circular CNC machining:
CNC machining lathe;
CNC machined parts with uniform shape.
Method/Step
1. For round CNC machining parts, we always want it to run in an ideal way. Therefore, the requirements for circular CNC machining parts are higher. The material is uniform and the production is well-proportioned, especially the concentricity is better.
2. In order to meet the requirements of high concentricity, generally the outer circle and inner hole, including steps, are turned in place by the lathe at one time, so that the concentricity of such a workpiece can reach the highest level. The premise is that the concentricity of the three jaws of the lathe is good.
3. However, there is an error in the concentricity of the three claws, and it cannot meet the requirements if it exceeds 0.005. It is feasible to improve the concentricity by using the mandrel to set the workpiece here.
That is to say, CNC turning a shaft with the same size as the inner hole of the workpiece can be used according to the needs and actual conditions. mandrel.
In the case of a large number of products, it is more practical to use two thimbles and axes to CNC turn each part of the workpiece. After CNC machining, use a dial gauge to measure the runout size of each part. Note that the beating of the mandrel is qualified first, and other parts can only be based on evidence.
