What is the Reason for the Yellowing of Aluminum Die-Casting CNC Machining Parts?

Mildew phenomenon of aluminum die-casting CNC machining parts: mainly due to the lack of moisture-proof treatment, yellowing phenomenon: the concentration of mold release agent during oxidation of cutting fluid and die-casting.

There are many reasons for moldy aluminum die-casting CNC machining parts, common:

1. The release agent is of poor quality or inappropriate concentration;

2. If cutting fluid is used in CNC machining, it is possible that the cutting fluid is not selected properly;

3. Add cleaning and drying processes before packaging;

4. It is the problem of the slag remover when the aluminum alloy solution is processed. The slag remover lacks the content of fluoride salt. Check the formula of the slag remover. The most common treatment method is to add 0.2---0.5 sodium fluoroaluminate during the slag removal process of the aluminum alloy solution, which can prevent the discoloration and mildew of the aluminum die-casting parts after CNC machining.

Aluminum die-casting is a kind of pressure-casting parts. It uses a pressure-casting mechanical die-casting machine equipped with a casting mold. The aluminum or aluminum alloy heated to a liquid state is poured into the feed port of the die-casting machine, and then the die-casting machine is die-casted to cast the mold limit. The shape and size of aluminum parts or aluminum alloy parts, such parts are usually called aluminum die casting. Moisture is the main reason for moldy and yellowing of aluminum die-casting CNC machining parts after a few days!
