CNC high-speed machining of aluminum CNC machining parts is an advanced manufacturing technology that integrates high efficiency, high quality and low consumption. The problems of easy deformation and poor surface quality of parts that are troubled in conventional machining can be solved by high-speed machining. In view of the characteristics of "small cutting, fast feed" in high-speed machining of aluminum alloys, high-speed CNC machining technology and operation methods are used to perform high-speed CNC milling of aluminum CNC machining parts. There are many reasons for the deformation of aluminum CNC machining parts during the CNC machining process, and the operation method is also one of the reasons in the actual operation. Secondly, the operation skills of aluminum CNC machining parts factory are introduced.
(1) For parts with large CNC milling allowance, in order to have better heat dissipation conditions during the CNC machining process and avoid heat concentration, symmetrical machining should be used in the machining process. If there is a 90mm thick aluminum plate that needs to be machined to 60mm, if the other side is milled immediately after CNC machining all sides of one side, and the final size is machined at one time, the flatness can only reach 5mm; Given symmetrical machining, each side is machined twice to the final size, which ensures a flatness of 0.3mm.
(2) Reduce the cutting force and cutting heat by changing the cutting amount. Among the three factors of cutting amount, the cutting thickness has a great influence on the cutting force. When the CNC milling allowance is too large, the cutting force is too large, which will not only deform the aluminum CNC machining parts, but also affect the rigidity of the machine tool spindle and reduce the durability of the tool. If the cutting thickness is reduced, the production efficiency will be greatly reduced. However, using high-speed milling in CNC machining can overcome this problem. While reducing the cutting thickness, as long as the feed is increased accordingly and the speed of the machine tool is increased, the cutting force can be reduced while ensuring the machining efficiency.
(3) If there are multiple cavities in aluminum CNC machining parts, it is not appropriate to use the continuous cavity-by-cavity machining method in the CNC machining process, because it is easy to cause uneven stress and deformation of aluminum CNC machining parts. Multi-layer processing is adopted, and each layer is processed as much as possible for each cavity at the same time, and then the next layer is processed to make the parts evenly stressed and reduce deformation.
Aluminum CNC machined parts often encounter deformation problems in CNC machining. The "large cutting amount, slow tool" cutting method of conventional CNC machining methods causes a large amount of cutting heat on the surface of aluminum CNC machined parts to be taken away in time, and remains in aluminum. The overall rigidity of aluminum CNC machining parts is also poor, and it is also very suitable for high-speed machining processes with small diameter tools, high speed, snack knife volume, and large feed. 95% of the heat generated by high-speed CNC machining will be taken away by chips and cutting fluid, so that the surface of the part is at room temperature. Moreover, the cutting force and cutting power generated by high-speed machining are very small, so that the tool will not squeeze the surface of the aluminum CNC machining parts, thereby reducing the deformation of the aluminum CNC machining parts, thus effectively ensuring the processing quality of the aluminum CNC machining parts.

The selection of cutting parameters is mainly limited by the spindle speed and feed speed of the machine tool.
