1. High efficiency of CNC turning

 

CNC turning has higher efficiency than grinding. Turning often uses large cutting depths to make CNC machined turned parts rotate at high speeds. The metal removal rate is usually several times that of grinding. In CNC turning processing, multiple surface processing can be completed in one clamping, while grinding requires multiple installations, so the auxiliary time is short and the position accuracy between the processed surfaces is high.

 

 

2. Suitable for small batch flexible production requirements. The lathe itself is a flexible CNC turning processing method with a wide range of processing. The lathe is easy to operate and fast in turning and clamping. Compared with grinding, hard turning can better meet the requirements of flexible production.

 

 

3. Hard CNC turning processing can make the parts obtain good overall machining accuracy

 

4. The cost of equipment investment is low. When the productivity is the same, the investment of the lathe is obviously better than that of the grinder, and the cost of the auxiliary system is also low. For small batch production, CNC turning processing does not require special equipment, while large batch processing of high-precision CNC turning parts requires CNC machining machines with good rigidity, high positioning accuracy and high repeat positioning accuracy.

1. Since the boring machine has many forms of motion, the CNC turning processing is placed on the worktable, which can conveniently and accurately adjust the position of the machined hole and the tool, thus ensuring the mutual position accuracy of the machined hole and other surfaces.

 

2. It can correct the axis skew and position error of the original hole.

 

3. The tool structure is simple, and the radial size can be adjusted, and holes with different diameters can be machined with one tool.

 

4. The quality of boring mainly depends on the accuracy of the CNC machining machine tool and the technical level of the workers, so the technical requirements for the operators are very high.

 

5. Compared with reaming, single-edge boring tools have poor rigidity and use a smaller cutting amount, so the productivity is low, and it is not easy to ensure stable machining accuracy.
