At present, the most commonly used specifications are the inner holes: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm. 3D Pinter Nozzse determines the smoothness and roundness of the thread. The smoothness of the inner wall is also very important. Generally, the smoothness around Ra0.8 is the best. And the chamfer of the mouth is very important. We keep it below R0.1mm. The most important thing is the concentricity between the inner hole and the mouth hole. It must be kept below 0.01mm, so that the plastic will be sprayed under pressure. The silk is formed in a straight line, which makes the product effect more real.
