CNC Machining: CNC Machining Parts Service Factory Quality Downtime Costs

IQC has returned the goods again, hurry up and arrange for personnel to come over for a full inspection, and the production line staff will stop there and wait! - Quality downtime costs

Many friends who are in production have had such experiences. When PMC is in urgent need of materials and pushes it to a certain stage, a bad logo from IQC interrupts the whole plan, making people jump with anger.

Abnormal quality is inevitable in the production process. How can we avoid and reduce such incidents in the CNC machining production process?

After repeatedly paying tuition fees, we are not afraid of problems, and we are afraid that the same problems will recur. The cost of CNC machining parts caused by quality problems is also one of the seven wastes of CNC machining factories. For "0" inventory management, many CNC machining factories have implemented Lean production.

VMT focuses on the full-process production of high-quality aluminum CNC machining parts. For a CNC processing factory of this nature, if the process pass-through rate is very low, it will definitely lead to customer downtime and waiting costs due to customer returns, or customers are urgent due to poor incoming materials. The original plan, readjusting the workload of the weekly plan, in order to solve this pain point, strive to minimize such incidents.

We have repeatedly explored and concluded that, as a full-process aluminum CNC processing factory, a CNC machining part sometimes has as many as twelve processes. To ensure that the straight-through rate of each process should be ensured by a system, we have sorted out ten key point of quality.

This is a very effective quality control system through the dataization of VMT company. We have been improving and optimizing this quality control system for different CNC machined parts. In order to avoid detours, we propose its process here. as follows:

1. Review and Identification

2. DFM evaluation and optimization

3. Key size identification

4. The sample problem point is closed

5. Small batch issue closed

6. First inspection and inspection

7. Process Control

8.FQC and OQC

9. Reliability testing

10. Measurement System Analysis MSA

In order to reduce unnecessary CNC machining costs, it is our mission to do things right the first time. Welcome everyone to discuss!
